LYDIA ATWOOD

Chief Financial Officer

It’s not about spreadsheet and forecasts, but relationships built along the way.

I’m someone who finds joy in helping others—whether that means offering support during tough times, celebrating big wins, or giving back to the community. I’m passionate about volunteering for causes close to my heart, especially those that support children, animals, and families in need.

My career in finance has allowed me to combine strategic thinking and a love of numbers with a passion for leadership. I’ve always been drawn to roles where I can coach, mentor, and lift others up—not just to help businesses succeed, but to help people grow. Some of the most rewarding moments of my career haven’t been about spreadsheets or forecasts—they’ve been about the people I’ve helped develop and the relationships I’ve built along the way.

Outside of work, I’m all about family time and enjoying the beauty of Maine—especially out on Casco Bay aboard my son’s speedy 28-foot sailboat, Five Speed. We love to travel, seek new experiences, and spend quality time together. I’m proud to be part of the Maine Course Hospitality Group team that truly lives its mission of “Positively Impacting Lives.”
