First Marriott on Clearwater Beach, FL
Celebrates Topping Out
Clearwater Beach, FL August 3, 2016 – Maine Course Hospitality Group, celebrated the topping out of Marriott’s first hotel on Clearwater Beach along with city officials, contractors, bankers and investors. The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, at 650 Bay Esplanades will have 102 rooms and is expected to open in the spring of 2017. Rooms will have views of either the #1 Beach in America or the inter coastal waters with boat activity. Located on the inter coastal and just a short walk from the beach, guests will be just minutes from restaurants, entertainment and water sports.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites is Marriott’s mid scale brand and enjoys all the benefits of other Marriott hotels including Marriott Rewards, the strongest hotel frequent travelers program in the world. This hotel will have an outdoor pool, a roof top gathering area with a fire feature, as well as an on site market for sundry items.
