My purpose is to keep growing as a person and leader while making a positive impact on the people around me. I never expected to find my career in hospitality, but once I did, I was hooked. I love the energy, the fast pace, the guest connections, and the team atmosphere. What started as “just a job” quickly became something I truly care about.

I believe great leadership is all about trust, support, and helping others shine. I’ve been lucky to have mentors who believed in me, who helped shape both my career and my confidence. My parents also had a huge impact on me. They taught me the value of kindness, patience, and treating every person with respect.

Outside of work, I’m happiest spending time with family and friends, traveling, getting outdoors, and playing recreational volleyball. Volleyball brings out my competitive side, but it also reminds me how important teamwork and communication are. I bring that same spirit to my career, and I’m proud to be part of MCHG, where people, growth, and teamwork truly matter.
