I truly enjoy going to work every day, and I want our associates to share in this feeling. To enjoy working and being in this hotel where we spend so much of our time is crucial.

I strive to create an environment where our team members want to come to work, and more importantly, feel like what they are doing means something.

One of the things I like most about Maine Course is how I have the flexibility to lead the hotel in a collaborative way, so we can achieve greater success as a group.
