Regional Director of Sales

What you do for someone when it doesn’t matter is what actually matters.

Growing up in northern Maine, my first introduction to hospitality was waitressing from the time I was an early teen, and even then, I noticed how much of a difference it made when you really heard someone took the time to build a connection with them. That’s been the thread through everything since.

My first hotel job was as a banquet manager at an independent property in college. After a few years working in psychology, a detour that taught me a lot about how people think and the impact you can have on them, I found my way home to hospitality, starting out as a Sales Manager with a Hilton Garden Inn. Twenty-plus years and a lot of learning later, growing from Sales Manager to Director of Sales, Area Director of Sales, and now Regional Director of Sales, relationships are still the most impactful part of the job, and what I’ve built my career around.

What drew me to Maine Course was how seriously they take their own principles: Integrity, Respect, Family, Fun. These aren’t just words on a wall, they’re something practiced every day. The culture here is real; people genuinely look out for each other. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside some standout leaders over the years, and I try to lead the way they led me, with patience, honesty, and relationships built on trust, without ever forgetting to have fun along the way.

Outside of work, home is New Gloucester, Maine, with my husband, our twin daughters, and our dog Doozer. Traveling together as a family is what we look forward to most, and we never take that time for granted.
