My career in payroll began decades ago, when direct deposit was still a novelty and every pay period meant a fresh stack of timesheets. What started as a job became a craft: I learned that payroll isn’t just about numbers, but about people—every check represents someone’s rent, groceries, and peace of mind.

Alongside this work, I’ve managed the full financial operations for my husband’s business, Saco Technology Solutions, as a sole proprietor—handling bookkeeping, invoicing, tax preparation, and cash flow. That hands-on experience running a business from the ground up has given me a practical, real-world understanding of financial operations that complements my formal payroll expertise.

Outside of work, I live on the Saco River, where quiet evenings on the water—watching herons, turtles, and bald eagles—remind me that precision and patience aren’t just professional values, but ones that shape a well-lived life.
